Our one-on-one Holistic Energy Sessions are intuitive spaces of rest, renewal, and reconnection. Blending Reiki with other energy healing modalities, each session is aligned to your unique energy field— inviting balance, clarity, and peace throughout the body and spirit. Through gentle touch, presence, and intention, we support your natural ability to heal, release, and remember your essence. Within this held space, the body remembers its light and the spirit finds breath again.

Sessions are offered in-person in Athens, and online, with Walker.
