The Light Room

The Light Room is a quiet, intentional studio in Athens, held with care for healing, presence, and gentle transformation. Part of my home, it is woven with peace, light, and loving attention: a place where energy can settle and breathe.

Bathed in natural light by day and softly illuminated by fairy lights and candles by evening, the room offers calm and privacy. It is a sanctuary for healing work, one-on-one sessions, and mindful, restorative practice.

Situated in Ambelokipoi, just a 10-minute walk from the Blue Line metro station and close to the heart of Athens, the studio occupies the third floor of an apartment building with an elevator—a little oasis above the rhythm of the streets, with only some gentle, unavoidable city sounds.

The Light Room is dog-friendly, sharing its energy with a warm, gentle companion who lives in the home.

My intention is to keep this space as accessible and supportive as possible for healing arts practitioners, while also honoring the practical costs and energetic care involved in holding the space.

The rental cost for The Light Room operates on a sliding scale, guided by the price of your own services and your capacity. This model is rooted in trust, mutual respect, and community support.

Base Rates

• €6 per hour — base rate

• + €2 per hour if heating or air conditioning is used

• + €1 flat fee for clean sheets and towels

Sliding Scale Contribution

A contribution of 20% of your session fee is suggested. This amount is flexible and ultimately left to your discretion. I kindly ask that you contribute thoughtfully and honestly, in a way that feels fair and sustainable for both of us.

This pricing model is offered in the spirit of shared care, reciprocity, and support for meaningful work.

Payment is made in cash upon arrival or in advance through bank transfer.
